Some All None is a hybrid creative studio working at the intersection of graphic design, art, music, and technology. The studio is focused on activating graphic design beyond a traditional commercial practice, working equally to re-imagine its role in a capital society and to implement it as a tool for community organization, social activation, and experimental expression.
The studio’s expertise includes identity systems and strategy, exhibition design, publication design, live performance, sound installation, community events, film scoring, type design, website design, lectures, and workshops. Founded in Los Angeles & Chicago by Jeremiah Chiu, Some All None is an extension of the award-winning and internationally recognized studio, Plural, where Jeremiah served as co-founder & co-creative director from 2006-2016.
Jeremiah Chiu is a creative director, artist, synthesist, and educator. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Otis College of Art & Design and a lecturer at Art Center College of Design, and a resident DJ at Dublab.
Previously, Jeremiah worked on the design teams at Project Projects and IN-FO.CO, serving as the Exhibition Graphics Lead for the design of the U.S Pavilion at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale, and was the Sr. Art Director at Compass, building and managing the design teams for Compass’ West Coast offices including Los Angeles (Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Malibu), Santa Barbara, San Diego, and San Francisco.
